We are a relatively young side, having first burst onto the Conoley scene at the Gala in 2015! We had such a good time that day, that we decided to continue practising. Since then we have danced again at the Gala in 2016 and a couple of times at the Musical Mayhem, held in February each year in the Village Institute, at the Queen's Street party and outside the New Inn pub at Christmas time.
We are are a mixed side of mainly villagers, young and old of all abilities, and we dance in the Cotswold tradition. We wear traditional Yorkshire caps and waistcoats and the obligatory bells!
Friday night is practice night at the Crosshills Social Club from 20.30. If you fancy having a go at dancing or would like to play some lovely traditional morris music with us, we are always looking for new dancers and musicians.
