The requirements of the Transparency Code for Smaller Local Authorities 2014, outline the financial information which must be published regularly on this website:
The Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 and the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 require that the accounting records for the financial year to which the audit relates must be made available for inspection by any person interested, during a period of 30 working days set by the Parish Council and must include the first 10 working days of July.
Cononley Parish Council publishes the Accounting Statements and associated documents required by law on this page under the tab headed Year End Accounts on the side bar to the right.
Both the unuadited accounts and the Review of the Accounts by PKF Littlejohn LLP for the Financial Year End 2017 are now available on this website. Go to the tab, Year End Accounts to view the documents.
Please contact the Clerk and RFO to Cononley Parish Council by email on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time between 10am - 4pm weekdays, if you wish to exercise the right to inspect and make copies of the accounting records for the year. A printed copy of the accounts will be suppplied for a cost of 60p.
