Kath is a member of the Allotments Committee.  She is a Sole Trustee for the Village Institute and Playing Field Trusts.  Kath is a Parish Council representative to the Yorkshire Local Councils Association.  

 

Kath wanted to be on the Parish Council because it gives her an opportunity to try and make a difference about the things that are important to the residents and community of Cononley.

Helen is a member of the Allotments Committee and the Employment Committee.  She is a Sole Trustee for the Village Institute and Playing Field Trusts.

  

Helen is Cononley born and bred and has lived in the village her whole life (apart from 3 years away at university). As well as living in the village, Helen runs her dog walking and training business in and around Cononley so is keen to be a part of the village as it progresses and to ensure it remains a friendly and pleasant place to live and work.

Dan is a member of the Allotments Committee and Employment Committee. He is a Sole Trustee for the Village Institute and Playing Field Trusts.

 

Dan wanted to become a Parish Councillor as he cares about local issues and wanted to get involved with the local community. As a father of a child at Cononley Primary School he is sure he can bring a different perspective to the Council.

 

 

 

Blair Mitchell

Blair moved to Cononley from Scotland five years ago after holidaying in the village and visiting his wife's family. It was always his intention to live in our wonderful village. 
 
He joined the Parish Council to make sure he can give something back to the community. 
Blair is a Sole Trustee representative on the Playing Field Trust.
 
Outside of the Council, Blair plays bass and sings in Cononley rock band 'The Thursdays' and organises the Open Mic night in the New Inn monthly. He is part of the committee that organises the annual music festival Confest.

Lee has fifteen years experience of working with Town and Parish Councils and is a former allotments and green spaces manager.

He is keen to use his practical and administrative skills and guidance to underpin the work of the Parish Council and help to move it forward within the thriving village community.
