Yoga at Cononley Village Institute

Weekly yoga classes are held in Cononley Village Institute, offering something for everyone.
On Friday mornings, there is a class for those with at least one year of experience. Tuesday afternoons are suitable for beginners and general-level students, while Friday evenings provide a gentle, slower-paced option.
The classes are ran by Bille, an Iyengar yoga teacher since 2008, who loves to share the many benefits of this practice — improved flexibility, strength, and a deeper mind–body connection.
